The Tape Machine

Rewinding time through music

The Tape Machine

Formed in 2011 by Gabriel Amaral, Fernando Duarte and Felipe Coe, brought together by a shared love of classic rock and British pop, The Tape Machine was born in the vibrant heart of London. Rooted in nostalgia and forged in friendship, the band has since traveled a winding musical path, now finding its home on the spirited stages of Berlin.

Since 2022, founding members Felipe on drums and Gabriel on guitar have reignited their lifelong musical connection in the German capital. Accompanied by Sebastian Schmidt on bass, The Tape Machine delivers energetic, harmony-rich performances filled with timeless favorites and vintage soul.

With a setlist that reads like a love letter to rock and pop's golden era, the band covers not only The Beatles, but also Elvis, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, David Bowie and many more. Gabriel and Felipe have met She's Leaving Home at many festivals through the years. The Tape Machine is made in Brazil, rewound in London, playing in Berlin, and now coming to Pargas for the first time.
